Return Policy

Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging, so please try items on immediately indoors and make your decision carefully. Items must be returned within 30 days after your order was received. Outside of this time frame, your return will only be accepted at our discretion. If the items are in original condition, and accepted, a full refund for the price of the product will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees.


EXCHANGES

Technically, STRAYE does not perform exchanges. After we receive and process your return, we refund your original order excluding shipping fees. You may then place a new order for your desired style or size if it is available. We feel this process ensures that the product you are interested remains in stock until after the exchange process is complete.

STRAYE accepts Bitpay, Paypal, and all major Credit Cards.

Shipping & Delivery

* STRAYE proudly offers FREE Fedex SmartPost shipping for all U.S. domestic orders except special promotions and sale items. Again, free shipping is not offered on promotional or sale items. International orders are shipped using DHL Packet Priority. You are responsible for any duties or fees at customs. STRAYE serves all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please allow 3-4 days for processing and dispatching your shipment. Additionally, STRAYE does not process orders over the weekend or holidays. 

We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but if the merchandise you ordered ends up being out opf stock or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, STRAYE will contact you.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if you have provided the correct email. If you do not receive your tracking number, log in to your account and check if your email is incorrect. You may also see your tracking information online in your account. Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online.

Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to STRAYE by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse your shipment from STRAYE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to STRAYE.

Lost Packages

STRAYE cannot be held responsible for missing packages if the tracking number states the product was in fact delivered to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed. First, you must contact USPS to open a case, and we will attempt to assist you from that point forward.
